Once your listing details are complete, our team reviews and activates your listing. It is then submitted to the MLS® system and appears on REALTOR.ca shortly after activation.
No. Whether to offer compensation to a buyer’s brokerage is your decision. If a REALTOR® brings the buyer and you have agreed to compensation, that amount is added to your selling costs — you can model both scenarios on our savings pages.
Review the price together with the deposit, conditions, closing date and inclusions. You can accept, reject or counter — and you can bring Smart Brokerages in for professional offer and closing management when the transaction becomes more complex.
Where the agreement directs Smart Brokerages to hold the deposit, it is administered through the brokerage’s regulated real estate trust account, as required by RECO, and released only in accordance with the agreement.
