Refund Policy
We believe in transparency. Here's exactly what to expect when you request a refund for your listing.

A flat administration fee of $400 CAD is deducted from every refund. Everything else is returned to your original payment method.
How Refunds Work
When you request a refund, your listing is immediately cancelled and removed from our platform. The refund amount is calculated as your total amount paid minus the non-refundable administration fee of $400 CAD.
Eligibility
Refunds are available for active listings that have not yet been fulfilled or completed. Once a listing has been marked as complete or a transaction has been finalised between parties, refunds are no longer applicable.

- Request made before listing expiry
- Completed or finalised transactions
- Listings flagged for policy violations
Processing Time
Refunds are processed immediately upon confirmation. However, the time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer:
Why the Admin Fee?
The administration fee covers the cost of payment processing, listing management, and platform operations incurred at the time of your original listing. These costs are non-recoverable regardless of cancellation, which is why they cannot be refunded.
